Today, we live in an era where we are flooded with informations. This makes us believe that success could be achieved instantly. In reality, nothing can be further from truth. For example, today’s trading community is lot more tech-savvy than those of the yesteryears. But does this technological superiority transform into better trading decisions, or overall success in trading? Not necessarily as 90% traders are still losing even today! The recipe for success has never changed in the last million years of human history! And it is simple, too! Success is the result of hard work, perseverance & a whole lot of sacrifices! It never comes overnight.

Albert Einstein was once famously quoted as saying that “It is not that I am brilliant, it is simply that I stay with the problems longer”. So let’s frame the question: Here are some super heroes of our planet, from Lionel Messi to Pundit Ravishankar ji, from Abram Lincoln to Nelson Mandela, from Mother Teresa to Kalpana Chawla: What is the psychological make-up of these super-humans such that they attained a level of so massive success? What special traits set them apart from the common people like us? The answer is that: These people had a vision, a grand vision. In their vision they saw themselves as a winner, even before they started. And they were so convinced with their dream or vision, that they dedicated their entire life & risked everything to achieve their goal.

Successful people never doubted in their own ability. They were never afraid of what other people will think of them if they failed in any occasion. They just kept going. They saw all the failures, but failures could not stop them because they knew & they believed in their dream. They knew that success was nothing but going from failures to failures without losing hope & enthusiasm. They believed that failures were only temporary!

Everybody of us have a dream! However, our own degree of belief in that dream may or may not be that strong. Let’s remember that if we believe we can or we cannot, we are generally right in both occasions! So let us not be defined by our failures, it’s time we believe in our dreams.
