We have a three tier approach way to resolve any queries / grievance of our clients
Level 1
If you are not happy with our services register your complaint at
Manager shall address it and respond with in 24 Hour.
Level 2
If the resolution provided does not meet your expectation, escalate it to
Compliance officer shall address and response within two working days.
Level 3
Still if your complaint remains unresolved, please escalate it to
Grievance officer will address and resolve your complaint.
